Motorola RAZR MAXX HD fue presentado el 5 de septiembre de 2012, pero todavía no aparece en ningún país, exceptuando Estados Unidos donde tenemos el Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD, el mismo modelo, pero en exclusiva para Verizon Wireless. Es idéntico al Motorola RAZR HD, a simple vista no se distinguen en nada, pero tiene el doble de memoria interna, y una batería de 3300 mAh, el doble que un iPhone 5, y nos permite un uso normal durante algo más de tres días.
