Con pantalla WXGA de 10.1 pulgadas, orientable, multitáctil, capacitiva, resolución a 1280 x 800 pixels y densidad de 149 ppi. Para redes 2G, 3G y 4G. Conectividad inalámbrica Wi-Fi, DLNA, mobile hotspot, Bluetooth, USB, GPS y conector audio 3.5 mm.

Cámara trasera de 3 megapixels, con autoenfoque y flash LED, y delantera de 2 megapixels. Vídeo a 1080p HD  (1920 x 1080 pixels). chipset NVIDIA Tegra 2 con procesador de 2 núcleos a 1GHz (1 GHz x 2), RAM a 1GB, sin ranura de expansión de memoria, pero con memoria interna de 16GB.
