Samsung Wave 3 viene equipado con el sistema operativo Bada 2.0 y interfaz TouchWiz. Con pantalla Super AMOLED de 4 pulgadas, orientable, multitáctil, capacitiva, y cámara de 5 megapixels con autoenfoque, flash LED, zoom digital, grabación y reproducción de vídeo a 720p HD con 30 fps.

Procesador de un solo núcleo, pero a 1400 MHz, 3GB de memoria interna y ranura de expansión de hasta 32GB. Para redes 2G (GSM / GPRS / EDGE) y 3G (UMTS /HSPA). Conectividad Wi-Fi, DLNA, UMA, Bluetooth 3.0, USB y A-GPS.
