HTC One V, es el modelo mas sencillo de la serie, con procesador de un sólo núcleo a 1 GHz, 512Mb de RAM y memoria interna de 4GB, pero, al contrario que los otros modelos, con ranura de expansión para microSD. Pantalla de 3.7 pulgadas y resolución a 480 x 800 pixels, cámara de 5 megapixels y vídeo a 720p HD.
Destaca en todos los modelos de la serie la plataforma Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich, la presencia de Image Sense, un chip dedicado al procesamiento de imágenes, y Beat Audio, una función standard de audio que incluso podrán integrar terceros.
