Con la plataforma BlackBerry OS 7.0, pantalla de 3.2 pulgadas, resolución de 640 x 480 pixels y densidad de 253 dpi, orientable, multitáctil, capacitiva, los de RIM prefieren llamarla transmisiva, de 16.7 millones de colores. Cámara de 5 megapixels, con flash LED, digital zoom 4x, grabación y reproducción de vídeo a 720p HD, sin radio FM. Procesador a 1200 MHz, 768MB de RAM, y 8GB de memoria interna, con ranura de expansión microSD de hasta 32 GB. Mas los habituales servicios de BlackBerry, aplicaciones de gestión personal, mensajería y redes sociales.
Fue anunciado el 3 de agosto, con lo que tenemos el BlackBerry Bold 9900 y 9930, BlackBerry Torch 9810, 9850 y 9860, y los BlackBerry Curve 9350, 9360 y 9370, todos ellos con la nueva plataforma BlackBerry 7.0 OS, con lo que han renovado buena parte de su gama en un intento de mejorar sus resultados.
