HTC Sensation XE es el sucesor de HTC Sensation y incorpora la tecnología Beats Audio para proporcionar una mayor calidad de sonido (recordar que HTC compro la empresa Beats), se incluyen unos auriculares Beats by Dr. Dre, también mejora el procesador de doble núcleo que pasa de 1200 a 1500 MHz por núcleo. Tambien saldrieron al mercado el modelo 4G HTC Sensation 4G, y el XL HTC Sensation XL with Beats Audio
Un smartphone formato barra, con la plataforma Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread y interfaz HTC Sense 3.0. Con pantalla de 4.3 pulgadas, orientable, multitáctil, capacitiva, resolución de 540 x 960 pixels y densidad de 256 dpi.
Para redes 2G GSM / GPRS / EDGE y 3G UMTS / HSPA. Conectividad Bluetooth 3.0, USB, Wi-Fi, MHL, GPS, conector audio jack 3.5 mm, radio FM stereo.
Con cámara de 8 megapixels, foco táctil, flash Dual LED, mas grabación y reproducción de vídeo a 1080p HD. Procesador de doble núcleo a 1.5 GHz, RAM de 768MB memoria interna de 4GB y 1 disponible, ampliables con 32GB mediante microSD. Aplicaciones de gestión personal, redes sociales, mensajería, incluyendo las de la plataforma Android y las disponibles en el Android Market.
Aparecerá en Europa este mismo mes y parece que se acercará a los 600 euros, algunas fuentes hablan de 576 euros mas impuestos.
